WARRANTY POLICY-

IRWA BATH FITTINGS warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods:

- Bathroom Fittings: 7 years

COVERAGE-

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

- Leaks
- Drips
- Corrosion-If the water is salty or the customer uses any chemical while cleaning the tap (faucets) then our warranty will not be valid.
Because the tap (faucets) can be cleaned only with normal water.
- Material defects

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage from improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

To make a warranty claim:

2. Provide proof of purchase and product serial number
3. Describe the defect or issue

REMEDY

IRWA BATH FITTINGS will, at its option:

This warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
